Ingredients for Kinder Bueno cake:

Kinder cake top:

  • 8 egg whites
  • 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3.5 tablespoons flour
  • 3.5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 sachet baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons roasted walnut kernel and crushed with a rolling pin

Kinder cake cream:

  • 8 yolks
  • 150g old cough
  • 500ml milk
  • 3 tablespoons white flour

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 100g good quality milk chocolate

How do we prepare Kinder Bueno cake?

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

2. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then gradually add the sugar and mix until it melts. Add the oil, mix and then add the flour mixed with baking powder, breadcrumbs and walnuts and mix lightly over the head so that the composition retains its volume.

3. Bake the top in a 26 × 38 tray (slightly larger than the classic cake tray) lined with baking paper for 15 minutes. You will see that the countertop browns a little on top, that means it is baked.

4. Remove the top and warm it, grease it with nutella, then when it is cold, remove it from the baking paper. I put a thin layer because I didn't want the cake to be too sweet.

3. For the cream, mix the yolks with the sugar, gradually add the milk, flour and pudding powder. Put the mixture on low heat and stir constantly until it thickens like a pudding.

Divide it in two and in half add cocoa and broken chocolate pieces.

Cover both creams with a plastic wrap to prevent pojghita and let them cool.

When they have cooled, add 125g butter to each and mix well. We get two delicious creams!

4. Assemble the cake over the nutella top, put the yellow cream, then a layer of biscuits quickly passed through water with a little rum essence, chocolate cream, whipped cream and grated chocolate or coconut on top.

Put the cake in the fridge and keep it cold for at least 3 hours then cut it with a knife passed through hot water.

When the countertop has cooled, cut it into two equal sheets and syrup it. Spread the cream, then put the other piece of countertop.

For the icing, melt the chocolate in a bain marie, together with the butter and mix. Allow to cool slightly, then pour over the cake.
