I prefer this option and motivate why. They don't emit smoke, they use a little oil and they don't need me to spin them :)

  • 1/2 kg minced meat mixture
  • 1 onion
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning for Kotanyi pork

  • 1-2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 small carrot

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Baked meatballs:

Grate the onion and carrot.

We mix all the ingredients. No salt is needed, the spice mixture also contains salt.

Put a little oil in a pan and put it in the oven to heat.

In the meantime, we form balls from the composition. When the oil has heated up, add the meatballs.

We brown them on all sides.
