  • 500 g new potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 green onion leaves
  • 100 gr mix of grated cheese (find at Lidl brand Milbona)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION New au gratin potatoes:

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them in half. If they are small, leave them whole. We put them in a saucepan with water, a little salt and boil them for 15 minutes, from the moment they start to boil. After this time we drain the water. Grease a ceramic bowl with butter. Put the potatoes, season with salt, pepper and rosemary. We wash the green onion leaves, cut them into rounds, put them among the potatoes. At the end we sprinkled the cheese mix. Heat the oven, set a suitable temperature. We introduce the potatoes, we leave them until they catch a golden crust. When they are ready, take them out, leave them to cool for 5 minutes and serve. I am a great goodness!
