The chicken breast is cleaned, shaped, ie cut into slices of approx. 1 cm thick, place in a marinade bowl.

Pour the yogurt over the chicken, sprinkle the curry powder on one side, then turn the pieces of meat and also season with curry powder, cover the bowl with a lid and leave to marinate, cold. minimum 1 hour, maximum until the next day.

Transfer the chicken pieces with the marinade and all in a heat-resistant dish, sprinkle with olive oil, then cook in the preheated oven at 250 degrees approx. 15 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, prepare the tomatoes and mozzarella. The tomatoes are washed, cleaned and sliced, and the mozzarella is removed from the package, drained of liquid and sliced.

After the liquid in the tray has browned and evaporated, add a slice of mozzarella, a slice of tomato and cook, uncovered approx. 15 minutes, at 200 degrees, until the mozzarella melts.

Serve hot, simple, as such or with a seasonal salad.
