I made the dough at the bread machine, the kneading + leavening program.

Pour the dough on a lightly floured table and divide into 12 balls. Each ball of dough is shaped in the form of breadcrumbs, after which we put them in the tray lined with baking paper. Leave to rise for another half hour, at least.

Each loaf is grown from place to place, then greased with egg yolk with a little milk.

Bake until golden brown.
