Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar and mix until it becomes like a meringue. Beat the yolks with oil, then add flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar in the rain. At the end, add the egg whites and mix gently with a spatula until the composition is homogeneous.
The dough is divided into two equal parts, one part is mixed with cocoa.
In a tray lined with baking paper pour with a spoon of both compositions, one on top of the other.
Put the tray in the oven heated to 180` and bake for about 30 minutes until it passes the toothpick test.
